Deer Heart Herbals has grown from years of walking with the plants, through hedgerows, gardens, forests, in inner conversation with spirit and quiet study. It is the result of a decade of practice, careful listening, and a deep respect for the intelligence held within root to leaf, flower to fruit. Over time, this work has been refined into a collection of preparations that honour both traditional herbal craft and the subtle relationship between human and plant.
Every formula begins with uncompromising quality. Our latte blends are made from 100% organic botanical powders, no fillers, no flavourings, no synthetic additions. Just whole plants, thoughtfully combined to support daily ritual and nourishment.
Our tinctures are macerated in small batches using the highest quality alcohol, allowing for a full and faithful extraction. I am Kirsty Apsara Kaur MA, creator of Deer Heart Herbals, an herbalist and natural healer. With the support of plants, Kambo and natural world, I help people heal from trauma and live in a way more true to the soul. My background is a decade of deep inner work, training in psycho-spiritual counselling, psychedelic plant medicines, meditation, dreaming and spiritual practice. I believe in a natural way of living and understanding our roots, I believe in the power of the heart, in our inherent goodness and that with humility, honesty and patience, everything can be healed. In 2024 I completed a Master’s degree in Art and Ecology, the final project was based in Scotland, re building an old shrine to honour the changing of the seasons and creator ancestors of the land, the Caileach and Bodach. This was a community project, centring connection to the earth and our living ancestral wisdom. As well as reconnecting to ancestral roots, the spiritual path has bought me to Sikhi and Naam, this practice helps to keep anchored in truth and cultivate the warrior spirit, to walk with positivity and trust in this unnatural modern world.
